The whole book is basically creepy. The setting is even weird. In a valley after a nuclear war, a girl must survive. She meets the only other human possibly on Earth and they must join forces to beat the odds. Will the two agree with each other and stay calm? Will the human race go on? You must read to get these questions answered and discover the wowing events that take place.
It is a pretty good book with an ending that requires someone willing to understand meaning. The ending is also similar to the ending of The Giver, sort of.
